Security

Who sees what is decided in the database.

The rules live in the database

Every table holding a production's data carries its own access policy, so the check happens in the database rather than only in the screen in front of you. Even a request that goes looking for another company's data comes back empty.

One production cannot see another

Access follows the productions you are a member of. Your roster, schedule, reports and pay are not reachable from another company's account, and that is enforced per row, not by hiding a page.

Roles decide what each person sees

Company management, stage management, cast, crew and creatives each get their own view, and the gate reads every role a person holds rather than only their main one.

Face ID at the stage door

Signing in is a tap with a passkey on the performer's own phone. No clipboard going round the company, and no shared code to pass on to someone who is not there.

The database is in Sydney

Your production's data sits on Australian infrastructure, which is the answer a university or a producer's finance team usually needs in writing.

Checked on every change

A security scan runs over the code on every push, and the access rules themselves are re-tested against a live database every night, so a policy cannot quietly come loose.

Trust Mysttro on your next production.

Import the roster, publish the schedule, and the company joins from their own phones.
