Yes. Every production is sealed to its own company: role-based access decides what each person can see, and nobody outside your show sees anything at all. Everything is stored in Australia and backed up continuously, and it stays yours. You can export your data whenever you like, and if you ever leave, it stays available to download for 90 days.

It prepares the whole week. Sign-ins and the schedule become timesheets, timesheets become each person's pay under your award and agreement settings (loadings, allowances, penalties, super), and the finished week lands with your bookkeeper as a reconciled, payslip-ready export. Nothing touches pay without a manager approving it first.

Access follows the call sheet. Management sees what it needs to run the company. A cast or crew member sees their own schedule, their own pay, their own leave, and nothing of anyone else's. Personal details and emails are never shown to people who don't need them, and one company can never see another's production.
